Different tiers of tech support

In the high tech world, getting your computer repaired online is the best, because you won’t have to drag your computer to the shop and wait for days to get it back.

The first level or Tier I: -

Tier II: -

If still the problem cannot be solved, then they might have to call you back after looking at all the things. But they will definitely come up with a solution. So, you’ll have to wait and it is hard, but it has to be done.

Tier IV: -  

This level helps when there is a software or hardware problem in the computer which came from outside. In order to solve this, the technician may have to take support from Antivirus software, as it is the only way to remove such problems
